Agreement and operator
These Terms govern your access to ARBet, including its website, account, wallet, chat, promotions, and games (the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice.
“ARBet,” “we,” and “us” mean the licensed operating entity identified in ARBet’s final licensing disclosure. The operator identity, registered address, licence number, and regulator must be added here before public launch.
Eligibility and location
You may use real-money features only if you are at least 18 years old, have reached the legal gambling age where you are located, and are physically present in a jurisdiction where ARBet is authorised to operate. You must not use a VPN, proxy, or other method to conceal or misrepresent your location.
You may not use the Services if you are self-excluded, listed on an applicable sanctions or exclusion list, acting for another person, or prohibited by law. We may request age, identity, address, source-of-funds, or location evidence before allowing play, deposits, or withdrawals.
Your account
You may hold one personal account unless we approve otherwise. Registration information must be accurate and kept current. You are responsible for safeguarding your password, email account, devices, and recovery methods, and for notifying support promptly of suspected unauthorised access.
Accounts cannot be sold, transferred, shared, or used to hold or move funds for anyone else. We may delay activity while we verify identity, investigate security alerts, or meet legal and regulatory obligations.
Responsible play
Gambling involves risk and should be entertainment, not a source of income. Only wager funds you can afford to lose. ARBet will provide the deposit limits, time-outs, self-exclusion, reality checks, session history, and support pathways required by its licence and applicable law.
Self-exclusion requests take priority over promotional or account activity. Attempting to bypass a restriction with another account is prohibited. If gambling is causing harm, stop playing and contact an independent gambling-support service in your country.
Deposits, balances, and withdrawals
ARBet supports only the assets and networks shown in the deposit interface. Sending an unsupported asset or using the wrong network can result in permanent loss. Blockchain transfers are irreversible, and network fees, confirmation times, price volatility, and third-party outages are outside our control.
A deposit is credited only after the required network confirmations and reconciliation checks. Displayed balances represent contractual account ledger entries; they are not a bank account or deposit product and do not earn interest. Withdrawals are subject to balance availability, network fees, identity and security checks, source-of-funds review, and manual approval. A pending request is not a completed transfer.
We do not charge a wager or debit an account until the server accepts it. We may correct a clearly erroneous credit, duplicate transaction, or technical accounting error, and will retain an auditable ledger of any correction.
Games, wagers, and settlement
Game-specific rules, minimum and maximum stakes, payout tables, and settlement logic displayed before a wager form part of these Terms. A wager is accepted only when ARBet’s server records it and reduces the available balance. Interface animations are illustrative; the authoritative result is the recorded game result.
Completed results are final unless there is a confirmed system error, corrupted round, manifestly incorrect payout, or requirement under applicable law. Interrupted rounds may resume or be resolved under the published game rule. We will not retroactively alter a valid result because an asset’s exchange value changed.
Seed receipts and verification
Where shown, ARBet provides a post-settlement seed receipt containing a stored SHA-256 hash and the corresponding revealed seed. The current browser check confirms only that the reveal matches that stored hash. It does not independently reproduce the game outcome or establish an operator-independent pre-wager commitment, and ARBet must not describe it as “provably fair” until a complete published result specification and independently reviewed verifier are available.
Displayed payout multipliers, payout caps, and restricted game rules remain part of the game terms. Game availability, payment operations, and account access are subject to applicable law, licensing conditions, and platform controls.
Prohibited activity
You must not exploit defects, automate play where prohibited, collude, manipulate markets or chat, launder funds, use stolen assets, abuse promotions, reverse engineer security controls, overload the Services, access another account, or interfere with fair play. Do not post unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, fraudulent, or privacy-invasive material.
We may void affected wagers, withhold disputed funds where lawful, restrict chat or betting, suspend an account, preserve evidence, and report activity to regulators or law enforcement. Any action will be proportionate and subject to mandatory consumer and appeal rights.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, add, or remove features and may pause a game when integrity or security is at risk. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Material changes to these Terms will be notified in advance when required, and the effective date will be updated.
If you do not accept a material change, stop using the Services and request account closure and withdrawal of any undisputed withdrawable balance.
Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory statutory or consumer protections. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ARBet is not responsible for indirect loss, market movements, incompatible wallets, user error, public-chain congestion, or failures of systems outside its reasonable control.
Any jurisdiction-specific liability cap, complaint process, alternative dispute resolution procedure, governing law, and forum must be inserted after licensing and counsel review. Your right to complain to a regulator or bring a claim under mandatory local law is not restricted.
Complaints and contact
Account and game complaints should include your account email, round or transaction identifier, date, and a clear description. Never send a password, private key, seed phrase, or full identity document through chat.
Before launch, ARBet must publish its operator support address, formal complaint response times, escalation path, regulator contact, and approved dispute-resolution provider here.
